Screenable Adhesive

In a majority of overlays, membrane switches or panels, it's necessary to have voids in the adhesive that are screenable.

This new innovation in the application of selective adhesive has three primary advantages:

   1. Cost – It doesn't require purchasing an additional die.
   2. Labor-saving – It avoids labor needed for adhesive die-cutting and hand-application. (A liner for screenable adhesive is still applied.)
   3. Accuracy – The tolerance can be tightened to plus or minus .015.

Note: Screenable adhesive is limited to an adhesive thickness of .001.
