Substrates

Embossing

Embossing can be used over a snap-dome switch or to create rails on membrane switches. A handheld device, for example, could include:

Photospectrometer

PPS uses a computer photospectrometer that is accurate to the nth degree to formulate, compare and store all of your color information. This allows for consistent color and gradient fade from one run to the next.

• Rail embossing

PPS also offers waterproofing with UV inhibitors to make designs suitable for indoor/outdoor use.

Steel Rule Die-Cutting

Steel rule die-cutting is an important factor determining the efficiency of a production run. 

Design elements can be adapted to enhance fit and function. For example, zoning specific areas using selective texture will fulfill your preference for either a glossy or matte finish.
